Website privacy

We use first-party website statistics to understand visits, popular looks and interactions. Statistics stay on our server and are retained for up to 90 days. We do not send this analytics data to an external analytics service.

To estimate daily visitors, the server combines your IP address and browser information into a keyed, daily-changing identifier. This analytics record does not contain your original IP address or full browser information. Shared networks, VPNs and different devices can affect the estimate.

We count page views, time spent with the page visible, video plays (including autoplay), opening TRY ON or enquiries, displayed try-on results and successful enquiries. We also record approximate country, broad device type, referring website domain and campaign labels from links. We do not include photographs, enquiry contents or full referring URLs in analytics.

Analytics does not set a visitor cookie or store a persistent visitor ID in your browser. If you opt out below, we store only that preference in this browser. We also honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Administrators and known automated traffic are excluded.
